At Let's Travel and Tour, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for our services. Please read it carefully before making a booking.

1. General Refund Conditions

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@letstravelgh.com.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the cancellation timeline and the type of service booked.

Service charges and administration fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method where possible.

Processing time for approved refunds is 14–21 business days.

2. Flight Bookings

Refund eligibility for flights is governed by the individual airline's fare rules and cancellation policy.

Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded regardless of cancellation timing.

For refundable fares, cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure may qualify for a partial refund after airline penalties and our service fee are deducted.

No refunds will be issued for no-show passengers.

Flight change fees charged by airlines are the responsibility of the traveler.

3. Tour Packages

More than 30 days before departure: 75% refund of the total package cost (excluding service fees and non-recoverable deposits).

15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.

7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total package cost.

Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

Deposits paid to secure a tour package are non-refundable unless the tour is cancelled by Let's Travel and Tour.

4. Hotel and Accommodation Bookings

Refund eligibility is subject to the individual hotel or accommodation provider's cancellation policy.

Non-refundable room rates cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

For flexible bookings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before check-in to qualify for a refund.

Our booking service fee is non-refundable.

5. Visa and Document Assistance Services

Service fees for visa and document assistance are non-refundable once the application process has commenced.

Government-mandated fees (embassy fees, processing fees) are non-refundable regardless of application outcome.

If an application is rejected by the relevant authority, no refund of service fees will be issued, as our role is to assist with the process and not to guarantee approval.

If we are unable to commence your application due to an error on our part, a full refund of our service fee will be issued.

6. Travel Insurance

Insurance premiums are generally non-refundable once a policy has been issued.

Refund eligibility for insurance is determined solely by the insurance provider's terms and conditions.

Please contact the insurance provider directly for any refund requests related to insurance policies.

7. Cancellations by Let's Travel and Tour

In the unlikely event that Let's Travel and Tour cancels a service due to circumstances within our control, you will be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid to us, or the option to rebook at no additional charge. We are not liable for additional costs incurred as a result of the cancellation (e.g. non-refundable flights booked independently).

8. Force Majeure

Cancellations resulting from events beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, government travel restrictions, or acts of God — will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will make every effort to recover costs from service providers on your behalf, but refunds cannot be guaranteed in such circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against such events.

9. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please:

Email us at info@letstravelgh.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Booking Reference]".

Include your full name, booking reference number, and the reason for cancellation.

Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and advise on the applicable refund amount.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days.
